It was my first time sewing something using a pattern. What I liked, though it is not explicitly stated: the pattern already includes the seam allowance, it is later stated how much is allowed at each piece. This way the pattern comes out to match where it needs to. What I did not like/had to modify: the facing is straight and as I am a beginner, I wasn't sure how to sew it. After sewing it on the neckline became wavy and stiff. In the end I had to cut it off and research on youtube how to do a facing - I cut another facing on my own, following the neckline's curve. This way was better. I also found the back straps too long but it was easy to modify by cutting it off.
Overall I recommend the pattern, and the customer service is excellent - she replies kindly and fast. Looking forward to trying the other patterns I got from her.

I am a complete beginer, and had the bright idea of sewing my first top for a wedding I have in a week. This pattern was exactly what I was looking for. Easy, pretty, and the instructions are simple to follow.

I don’t recommend buying this pattern when you don’t have an overlock machine. The measurements of the pattern aren’t correct and the sewing instructions are terrible for beginners😳. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this pattern has left me very frustrated. Recommend to only buy when you're slightly more experienced of have an overlock machine.

Huge waste of paper in the printout. Super unnecessary blank spaces. There was no elastic guide for the straps. The bias binding instructions were not great and I had to do it my own way. The neckline ended up being way higher than the image. Does not use much fabric tho so good for scraps. I had to do a fair bit of altering to make it wearable. Also had trouble getting the download links after purchasing. Worth the price for what it is
