Great pattern. Easy to understant.

After many hours, I finally managed to get a great dress. There is no information about whether you should choose the size based on your hips, chest or waist. I chose based on my hips, which turned out to be a mistake. My dress ended up being much too wide, especially in the chest area, which led to many nerve-racking alterations. I can understand the comments of other customers who complained about the width of the straps. They are too far apart and slip off the shoulders. The dress now fits well, but only after I added darts to the sides. Darts in the top now ensure a good fit; before, the dress was like a sack. The shop owner seems very nice, always asks about the size, otherwise the instructions are very easy to understand!

This pattern was helpful to follow along with and I’m very happy with the end results! However, the sizing was not accurate. I followed the pattern size exactly for the XS size since my measurements are nearest to that, but the top was still much wider than it should have been. I made some modifications to make it fit better such as extending the length of the skirt portion, and bunching the top flounce so that it didn’t droop in the front. The this store contacted me about this issue and was super kind. She was open to suggestions and was very timely about her response!

Great pattern had no questions they explained everything great can wait to get to work.

I haven’t started sewing yet as I’m waiting for materials to come in, but I’ve looked through the pattern and printed it out and it’s put together very nice and looks to be pretty self explanatory. I just printed it, I haven't done it yet but I like the option to print by size and the explanation looks good,

to make this dress you need to have good sewing skills because not many explanations for my part it doesn't bother me but I think that some people are bothered by that

I am new to sewing clothes. Have been sewing for a while here and there for different small projects, but this year is the year I start sewing clothes! I have opened the file and am already impressed as you can choose to print the pattern for a specific size as opposed to other patterns I have seen. I think this makes sewing clothes so much more accessible and way less confusing! The instructions seem clear and easy to follow. I cannot wait to start my projects!
